In November 2018, SAP announced the $8bn acquisition of Qualtrics, a platform provider for experience management (XM) solutions. Generally speaking, Qualtrics’ solutions enable organizations to collect and analyze customer and employee feedback data by means of surveys, etc. The solutions are intended to expand the SAP customer experience portfolio (SAP C/4HANA). This report outlines teknowlogy’s opinion on the Qualtrics portfolio and its relevance for both SAP customers and partners.
