According to PAC's CxO Investment Survey, 25% of respondents in Germany intend to spend more on customer experience management (CEM) over the next two years.
The high demand is a clear sign that companies are striving to improve their customers’ journey and CX. 34% of the respondents from the banking sector intend to spend more in this area over the next couple of years. This could result from the fact that banks have come under pressure from challenger banks and insurtechs to take more care of the convenience of their customers.
