Passwords
How do I get a password?
SITSI® is a business-to-business website. In order to receive a password to access reports, your company must first have purchased a license. To purchase a license, please contact us.
If your company already owns a SITSI® license, please register here.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log in to your Personal Space by opening the "User Login" menu, clicking on "My Personal Space" and then click on the "Account information" link on the right-hand side. You just need to then enter your new password in the corresponding field, re-type it for confirmation, and click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.
What if I forgot my password?
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. Click on the "Request new password" link in the login section of the homepage. Enter your e-mail address and click "Reset password". You will receive an automatic e-mail from sitsi@teknowlogy.com with a link that leads you to a page where you can set a new password.
Your Account
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, you need to be logged in to SITSI®. Then just open up the "User Login" menu, click on "My Personal Space" and then click on the "Account information" link on the right-hand side. You can update your account information and click on "Save" at the bottom of the page. Please note, though, that for licensing reasons, you will need to contact us in order to have your e-mail address changed.

Where can I find information on SITSI® methodology and segmentation?
Our methodology and segmentation allow us to produce reports that are highly regarded for both their detail and their critical reviews of the top software and IT services companies. How do I find the report I am looking for?
Anywhere you are on the platform, you can start a search request by simply clicking into the search bar at the top of the screen. Then the search menu will open up which allows you to search all available SITSI® reports, datamarts and free publications.
You have three different options to start a search request:
- The full-text search allows you to search for one or more words.
- To use the detailed filter criteria by ticking the checkboxes in the advanced search area.
- To use search terms suggested by the platform based on your input.
You can combine the full-text search with the search by topics, countries & regions, industry sectors or report types. Furthermore, you can also combine all search terms with the “Date” function.
The results of your search request will be sorted by relevance automatically.
If you want to use another way of sorting or apply additional filters to your search results you can do this by using the "Additional Filters" menu on the search results page. Furthermore, you can re-define and re-run your search request by using the "Criteria & Filters" option on the left-hand side.
If you want to save your search query or individual search results, you can do this by using the two options on the right-hand side: "Selected Criteria" and "My Favorites". Please note that you need to be logged in, in order to use these functionalities.
The search results list shows you both the documents available with your license and the documents that are available on the site but are not covered by your license (labeled with a small lock-icon). For this reason, we recommend that you log in before searching for reports.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for because no documents are listed in my search results?
Please send an e-mail to sitsi@teknowlogy.com. We can tell you if the information you are looking for is available, and if so, how to access it.
- Please make sure you are logged in to save a search or create an email alert.
- Search for the content you'd like to include in your alert.
- Click "Apply" to execute your search.
- Click the arrow in the "Saved Searches & Email Alerts" box and choose a name.
- You will be directed to the Email Alert section of your Personal Space, where you can adjust the search criteria and frequency of your alerts.
Try to use as little criteria as possible, so as not to narrow down your search too much. For example, if you'd like to be informed about licensed content only, open the Advanced Search and tick "Market Analyses" and "Vendor Analysis" in the "Report Types" section, then follow the steps above. If you'd like to be informed about licensed content for one particular country, add one country. Please note that choosing a region from the "Regions & Countries" section will not include the countries in that region.

Viewing and Downloading Reports
Is it possible to see a list of all published reports?
To view a list of all published reports, open the search menu and start a search request without any further specification (empty search bar, no criteria clicked). Then use the "Additional Filters" section in order to limit your search results more specifically.

What report formats are available?
Reports are available in HTML (e.g. Market InBriefs or Vendor Profiles), PDF (e.g. Market InSights or Vendor Positionings), or Excel (e.g. Market Figures or Vendor Rankings) formats. Throughout the site, the download button of a report indicates which format you can download it. Every report available in HTML format also contains a link in the top right-hand corner of the page that allows you to download and view the document in PDF format.
How do I download a report?
Once you have logged in to the site, you can download documents by clicking on the download button in the search results list or on the document information page or by adding several documents to one of your Favorites folders and downloading them in a Zip file.
