The IoT Survey C&SI 2020 – teknowlogy launches first edition of its global customer satisfaction survey on IoT consulting & system integration
The IoT Survey C&SI 2020 is online. It is the first edition of the survey on the global landscape of service providers for IoT consulting and system integration (C&SI). The online-based worldwide survey runs until the end of September 2019 and is open for heads of IoT, project managers, and developers in IoT user companies. The questionnaire will be available to participants in English, French, and German at www.iot-survey.com/csi.
For the first edition of the global survey that is to be published every two years, users are asked to rate 35 providers of IoT consulting and system integration services, e.g. Accenture, Atos, Cognizant, OBS, T-Systems, and Wipro. Those service providers that receive the widest range of user feedback will be compiled and evaluated in The IoT Survey C&SI 2020, published in early 2020.

Based on the feedback from users all over the world, the results will provide an invaluable resource to companies deciding which service provider fits their strategy and business needs, as well as to providers eager to know how they perform against their competitors. “In the particularly fast-moving field of IoT and its ever-growing range of solutions, consultants and system integrators must also continue to develop at a fast pace in order to hold their own against the competition. But do they also meet the actual needs and requirements of their customers, for example in terms of their industry and IoT technology expertise, their effectiveness and flexibility? We are happy to add the field of services to our user surveys on IoT topics. The IoT Survey C&SI 2020 gives a voice to the growing number of IoT users, who share their experience with IoT service providers first-hand,” says Klaus Holzhauser, Global Head Digital & IoT at teknowlogy Group.
About The IoT Survey C&SI 2020
The providers will be rated based on 24 key performance indicators (KPIs) in six different categories. KPI dashboards help to provide precise information at a glance. In addition, the providers will be segmented into eight different peer groups so that competing companies can be easily identified, and a fair and useful comparison is possible. The peer groups are defined by teknowlogy analysts using their experience and judgment, and the categorization is made according to different provider sizes, locations, and value-chain as well as focus topics. It will give a comprehensive overview of all the providers analyzed as well as an executive summary of the report, including vendor performances per peer group.
