Platforms to orchestrate data exchange and monetization between different companies (data providers and consumers) are not a new concept. Thanks to the IoT, this concept has been enjoying a renaissance recently.

The aim of this report is to take a fresh look into the different approaches that we see in the vendor landscape and highlight success factors, patterns and insights in the market.
