Role and responsibilities:
Cassandre Luys joined the French PAC team in 2020. As Junior Analyst and Consultant, she supports PAC’s research clusters for AI, BI & Analytics, Digital Customer Experience, and the Utilities sector. She covers developments and trends in the IT services and software markets, with a focus on France. In parallel to working for PAC, she is studying at Rennes School of Business to become a consultant in strategy and business growth.
