Franck Nassah
Franck Nassah has been working in the SITS industry since 1998. In 2011, he joined PAC.
Role and responsibilities:
Franck Nassah joined PAC after a long career at IDC, where he spent 13 years as an observer of the IT market development and related use cases. He joined PAC in January 2011 as a Director, with a twofold objective: managing the production and quality of the French research and consulting activities by leading a team of 10 consultants, and strengthening PAC's outsourcing/sourcing/offshore practice in France. In his role as Vice President, Franck has extensive responsibilities both in our SITSI® research program and our consulting activities in France.
Since 2015, Franck has been in charge of our research and consulting projects on the Internet of Things (IoT), machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, embedded systems or, more generally, STIE (scientific, technological, industrial and embedded) systems in France. He has also managed our manufacturing research and consulting projects with a global understanding of the main trends of this vertical sector and its impacts on IT.
In 2017, he joined a European CXP Group team in charge of innovative digital transformation, focusing on aspects from customer experience (CX) to the transformation of internal processes by means of the IoT and artificial intelligence (AI).
