Joachim Hackmann has been with PAC in Munich since 2015. He is the author of numerous reports on topics such as business applications, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digitalization trends in the banking and insurance industry. As an analyst and consultant, he can draw on over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
Role and responsibilities:
As Vice President, he leads the worldwide BAS (Business Applications and related Services) SITSI®research cluster. Together with his team, he draws up the annual SITSI® research agenda for BAS-related trends, markets, and providers. The analyses focus on the business application platforms from SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and Salesforce, as well as complementary services from consulting, integration, and operating service providers. In addition, he supports both national and international providers and user companies in strategic decision-making processes, portfolio analyses, and positioning within the framework of customer-specific consulting projects.
